On public holidays, the lane hour rate is the same as on weekends (38 €).
Shoe rental €3 / pair, free for children under 12 years old. Senior shoe rental: €2.50 per pair
Cloakroom service: €2.50 per person on Fridays and Saturdays, free for children under 12.
Seniors pass
With the Senior Pass for retirees, every 5th hour is free (on weekdays). The Senior Pass is valid at Tapiola Bowling Alley on weekdays before 16:00 and at BowlCircus Sello on weekdays before 14:00.

Bowling
Get your group together and head for glow bowling! At Tapiola Bowling Alley, glow bowling is available on Fridays from 14:00 to 23:00, Saturdays from 14:00 to 23:00, and Sundays from 14:00 to 20:00.

Birthday parties
Bowling birthday parties are a fun and popular way to celebrate both small and big heroes. Tapiola Bowling Alley provides birthday celebrations suitable for all ages; bumper rails, lightweight balls, and small bowling shoes create an enjoyable experience for young guests. Alongside the bowling experience, guests will enjoy catered delicacies tailored to the ambiance and occasion.

The birthday menus are not including bowling lane prices. The prices for bowling lanes vary depending on the time of day. Please check the detailed price list for more information. Birthday party lane bookings include rental of bowling shoes.
Competitive bowling
Competitions have taken place at Tapiola Bowling Alley for a long time. League play is active during the season, and individual competitions can be entered almost every weekend. The competition schedule for the season and the current competition are updated on the Helsinki Bowling Association’s website, where you can also find a centralized results service.
If you’ve really caught the bowling bug and are interested in competing, you can purchase an affordable initial license, which will allow you to start competing and take your hobby to the next level. Read more at www.keilailu.fi and get inspired to challenge yourself!
Tapiola Bowling League
The Tapiola League is a relaxed league for enthusiasts, designed for bowlers of all skill levels. Each team has two players bowling at a time, and there is no limit to the number of player substitutions within the team. Teams can be formed without any restrictions.
Tapiola League games take place in the autumn and spring seasons. In the fall season, there are 12 teams that play once against each other from September to December in one division. New teams can enter for the spring season, beginning in January-February.
Recreational activities
Beginner course
You can get an extra boost for your bowling hobby with the Beginner Courses. Beginner courses are held according to demand and interest. For more information, consult the bowling alley staff. The next beginner course will be held on April 15-16, 2023, as a weekend course from 10 AM to 2 PM on both days. The course costs €70 per person and includes 8 hours of bowling basics, both theoretical and practical. Register at tapiola@kaatolupa.fi. The course is limited to the first 10 participants who sign up.
Club Activities
Several bowling clubs operate at Tapiola Bowling Alley, and joining them will help you advance in your hobby. The beginner’s license is a simple way to begin your bowling hobby. With a beginner’s license, you can enter competitions and gain the member benefits of the Finnish Bowling Association. More details can be found on the Finnish Bowling Federation’s website at www.keilailu.fi. Our bowling alley staff will gladly provide more information.
JUMPPI Bowling
JUMPPI Bowling is a free hobby group for 13-18-year-old students from Espoo, made possible by the Espoo Sports Department and Tapiola Bowling Alley. JUMPPI Bowling does not require prior registration; feel free to come and try bowling at your convenience. JUMPPI Bowling is held every Tuesday from 16:00 to 17:00. Senior Bowling
Bowling suits all age groups and is a fun way to get exercise while socializing. Did you know that seniors can bowl at a reduced rate on weekdays? With the senior pass you will have 5th bowling hour for free. On Mondays, during the Tapiola Veteran Bowlers’ session, you can compete if you have the competitive spirit!
